Separate events for tots and young children are slated this morning at the Highland Park Public Library, 31 North Fifth Avenue. “Nursery Rhyme Time” for children aged 12- to 24-months, 10:15 a.m. “TNT (Twos and Threes),” stories, crafts and songs for two- and three-year-old children with adults, 11 a.m. Students at Irving Primary School got Halloween weekend off to an early start today with a sing-along in the school gym and a costume parade around the school.
