The Highland Park Monitor is now officially open for business. Hello, everybody. The Monitor is an online community newspaper with no other purpose than to cover daily life, business, and politics in Highland Park. Municipal government meetings, social news, political campaigns, business activities, milestones for local residents — covering all this and more is the mission [...] Letters to the editor are welcomed, even encouraged, at the Highland Park Monitor. E-mail missives may be sent to highlandparkmonitor[at]gmail[dot]com, while terrestrial hard-copy mail may be sent to the Monitor at P.O. Box 1509. Highland Park is a community of educated, tech-savvy people. With that in mind, the Highland Park Monitor is setting up Net Neighborhood, a roster of Web sites maintained by borough residents.
